Vera Brosgol will be our Fall 2026 Children's author guest on September 18, 2026. The location and time of her author presentation will be decided and announced at a later date.
Vera Brosgol is the author of the 2017 Caldecott Honor picture book Leave Me Alone! as well as the Eisner, Cybils, and Harvey Award-winning graphic novel Anya’s Ghost.

Award-winning author and illustrator, LeUyen Pham, visited the Causeway branch, opens a new window on September 12th, 2025, opens a new window.
Families enjoyed tasty treats, a crafty hands-on activity, a scavenger hunt adventure, and a stroll through a StoryWalk®.
LeuYen Pham discussed her work and illustration process to a packed audience of all ages. Attendees were able to ask questions and afterwards participate in a meet and greet for autographs and a chance to win a free book to take home.
