We live in the age of computers. Not so long ago, many people relied on pencils and pens, or a typewriter and calculator for most, if not all, of their writing and mathematical needs. Ever since the late 1980s, personal computers have entered the family home, and multiplied. Today, computers are everywhere, used for virtually every job, and are even found in our phones and appliances now!
As helpful and fun as computers can be, they sometimes can also be a bit intimidating. Well, be intimidated no more! The St. Tammany Parish Library has a wealth of computer related resources available for patrons, including literature on computers for all ages.
Want to watch a video about computers? We have those too!
What about useful things you can do with your computer, or how to run it? We have books on that too!
