The PIN is your library card password. When you apply for a library card, you have the option to create a password to access your library card account online. You can use this same password for Cloud Library or Hoopla when you sign up for these services. If you don't remember your password or you did not set one up when you applied for your library card, please visit your closest branch , opens a new windowso we can assist you with creating a new password.
No, all of your digital items will return automatically when they are due. There are no fees.
Physical items can be renewed once if there is no one waiting for it.
CloudLibrary does not offer a renewal function. If the item isn't on hold for another user, it can be checked out again.
Hoopla does not offer a renewal function, but items can be checked out again as long as your monthly limit of five checkouts has not been reached.
OverDrive allows users to request a title again three days before it is due through the "Request again" button. If another patron has the item on hold, the user will be placed in the holds queue. OverDrive magazines can be renewed with no waiting.
