We love to hear from our patrons. Before you submit your comment, please check these commonly requested issues before submitting a suggestion/comment.

  • I can’t find my PIN, need it reset, or I'm having trouble logging in to my account.
    Visit this page for instructions on how to reset your PIN/Password. If your account is locked, it is because you have had too many failed login attempts and must wait 1 hour for it to reset. You can also reach out to a branch to reset your PIN.
  • I want to make a Book Suggestion.
    Visit the Suggest A Purchase link to suggest a purchase. Each patron can suggest 5 items per month. Only patrons can suggest an item; please log in with your library card to suggest a title.
  • The digital title I suggested did not go on hold for me automatically, and now I’m 5th in line!
    Our staff can only add holds for suggested items that are physical items because we manually add the new item to our catalog. We have no control over when our vendors (Libby and Cloud Library) add a purchased title, and because of this, we cannot automatically place the holds on the digital item for a specific patron.
