All St. Tammany Parish Library Branches Closed Saturday, August 28, and Monday, August 30, 2021

 

COVINGTON- All St. Tammany Parish Library branches will be closed Saturday, August 28, 2021, to give staff members the opportunity to prepare for the predicted landfall of what is forecast to be Hurricane Ida, and also Monday, August 30, 2021 to assess impacts from the predicted storm on library branches.  National Weather Service forecasters are predicting Tropical Storm Ida will strengthen into a hurricane and St. Tammany Parish could see early impacts from the storm as soon as Saturday evening.

The St. Tammany Parish Library will update branch information as the situation warrants, on our website www.sttammanylibrary.org, and on our Social Media Channels. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
