College Financial Aid Workshops

Have a teenager at home preparing for college?  Join us for two different college financial planning workshops that will focus on college-bound students and their parents.   

Nick Randazzo with Northshore Capital Planning will cover the best strategies on paying for college without putting a strain on the rest of your finances at the College Financial Planning Workshop from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, at the Causeway Library, 3457 Hwy. 190, Mandeville.

This workshop is free and open to the public. Register online with RSVP Code: 90846. Seating space is limited to adults and teens.  

A LOFSA Public Information Representative will review the FAFSA, general scholarships, grants, and loans at the Financial Aid Overview Workshop on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Covington Library, 310 W. 21st Ave., and again at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2018  at the Slidell Library, 555 Robert Blvd.

The event is free and open to the public. Registration is recommended on the library events calendar. Seating space is limited to adults and teens.
