St. Tammany Parish Library will hold its inaugural Spring 2024 Community Art Show, at the South Slidell Branch, opens a new window from March 9 through April 6. The opening reception will be hosted on March 9 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
Artwork to be on display was created by 10th, 11th, and 12th grade Northshore High School , opens a new windowTalented Art students.
This art show is the first in a series that the Library will host featuring artwork by community groups. This series was developed as the result of a goal from the Library's Strategic Planning, opens a new window. This goal states the Library is to serve as a platform for creativity, innovation and community interaction. Throughout the year the Library will host more Community Art Shows across several branches.
