Have A Holiday Research Questions? Ask A Librarian!

by Noelle Williams, Reference Coordinator

December is a busy month filled with last minute arrangements and gift preparations. Feeling a little overwhelmed? Why not get help from a reference librarian? Your local reference librarian can help answer questions like how to access Consumer Reports to find the best items to purchase this month, how to install an app to a brand new tablet you’ll be giving away as a gift, or how to download eBooks and audiobooks to help keep the kids occupied during winter break.

You can find a reference librarian at the Causeway, Covington, opens a new window, Madisonville, Mandeville, and Slidell Branches. They are available to help from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays. Staying at home to social distance? No problem! You can make a virtual Zoom appointment with a reference librarian at any time. To make an appointment with a reference librarian, please call your nearest library branch or use this online form.

Have a safe and happy holiday!
