Pre-Ida Hours Return at All St. Tammany Parish Library Branch Locations Monday, September 20
As recovery from Hurricane Ida continues, pre-Ida hours will resume Monday, September 20, at all 12 St. Tammany Parish Library branch locations. Large branches include: Covington, Slidell, Causeway, South Slidell, Madisonville, and Mandeville. Beginning Monday, September 20, large branch hours are as follows: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday – Thursday, and 9 a.m. – 5p.m. Friday and Saturday. All six small branch locations of the St. Tammany Parish Library are open: Lacombe, Pearl River, Lee Road, Bush, Folsom, and Abita Springs. Internet is available at all branches during operating hours. Between the hours of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., patrons can access Wi-Fi in the parking lots of all branch locations, however, due to storm recovery efforts still underway, occasional intermittent lapses in internet service may occur.
Patrons may print and fax at no charge through October 9. Fines are waived through October 9. Displaced from the storm? Until October 9, you can obtain an Out-of-Parish library card which will stay active for 90 days, and the fee will be waived.
