A Christmas Carol Turns 175 Years Old!

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens was originally published on December 19, 1843, 175 years ago.  Dickens wrote this book after having read a parliamentary report on child labor.  This Christmas classic follows the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge, on Christmas Eve, as he is visited by three ghosts: the Ghost of Christmas Past, the Ghost of Christmas Present, and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come.  These three ghosts take him on a journey to review his Christmas's and after viewing the past, present, and future he has to decide if he continues his life as it is now or if he wants to change his ways.
