Library Con Returns!

The library will hold its annual Library Con celebration on Saturday, January 11th from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Madisonville Branch. This event is inclusive of fans of all fandoms and interests including (but not limited to): Comic Books, Manga, Graphic Novels, Anime, Mario Bros., Pokémon, Tabletop Games, Video Games, Minecraft, Harry Potter, Dr. Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, Nintendo, My Little Pony, Adventure Time, Cos-Play, Lego, Super Heroes and anything else YOU are interested in! Costumes are encouraged and should be appropriate for a family event.

This year’s event will feature two workshops: a Cosplay Workshop with Jillian Boudreaux and a Superhero Drawing Workshop with David Warren. The library will provide all materials needed for the workshops. 

All ages are welcome and no registration is required!

1:00 p.m. COSPLAY WORKSHOP WITH JILLIAN BOUDREAUX

2:00 p.m. SUPERHERO DRAWING WORKSHOP WITH DAVID WARREN

3:00 p.m. COSTUME REVUE FOR EVERYONE! (Costumes should be appropriate for a family event.)

3:30-4:00 p.m. DANCE PARTY
